Event Description
Towards summer's end we will have barbecue with a little mediterranean touch. Ever wanted to grill a whole fish? Now you have the chance. Together we'll throw a whole gilthead (Dorade) on the grill. Also some prawns and even some cheese for dessert will get BBQed. To focus on the main tasks (stuffing, grilling) I will prepare a mis en place. Of course, recipes will be shared afterwards. If the weather is okay, we will eat on my terrace (bring a pull-over), otherwise it's inside.
